Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original packing slip, and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less shipping and handling. KoastyKids.com can only refund and exchange merchandise purchased on the KoastyKids.com web-store. KoastyKids.com cannot refund and/or exchange merchandise purchased at retailers that carry our merchandise. When returning or exchanging items at a store that carries Koasty Kids mechandise, store policies apply. Returns or Exchanges To mail in your return, complete the Return Mail Form (included with your package), including "Quantity Returned" and "Reason" and enclose it with your merchandise in the re-sealable mailing envelope that your merchandise arrived in. Credits typically post within 2-3 billing cycles. Customers worldwide should use an insured mail service. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Shipping fees involved in making a return to KoastyKids.com will not be reimbursed. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. International customers should contact their local customs office for the return of duties and taxes. Send returns to:

Credits typically post within 2-3 billing cycles. A return/exchangereceipt or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt or packaging slip. For returns postmarked 31-60 days after the purchase date, a merchandise credit will be sent to the shipping address on the original order. Returns with a gift receipt Refunds with a gift receipt will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit (redeemable on the KoastyKids.com web-store only) and will be sent to the shipping address or the e-mail address on the original order, or the person listed as the recipient of the gift. Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits issued by KoastyKids.com may be redeemed on the KoastyKids.com web-store only. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or Merchandise Credits cannot be replaced. Merchandise Credits are non transferable.
